The number of people who lost their lives due to infection has been so low in the country after 76 days.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of patients under treatment in the country has also come down to 5,72,994, which is 1.89 percent of the total cases. The national recovery rate of patients in the country has also increased to 96.80 percent. In the last 24 hours, there has been a total decrease of 13,409 cases under treatment.
So far, a total of 40,63,71,279 samples have been tested for COVID-19, out of which 15,70,515 samples were tested on Sunday. According to the data, the daily rate of samples coming infected is 2.94 percent. It is less than five percent for the last 21 days.
The weekly rate of samples getting infected has also come down to 2.81 percent. The number of people who became infection-free was more than the new cases of infection for the 46th consecutive day. So far, a total of 2,93,09,607 people have become infection-free in the country. The death rate from Covid-19 is 1.31 percent.

The doctor says that the woman’s blood samples were sent to the National Institute of Virology in Pune on May 30 for examination. After which after examining his sample, it was found that Delta Plus variant is present in his body. While this woman has already recovered from the grip of Covid.
